Terms: Everything will be sold in “As-Is, Where-Is” condition. All sales are final. A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the high bid to determine the final selling price. Accepted payment will be CASH or CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS ONLY. A 4% convenience fee will apply to any/all credit/debit card transactions. Winning bidder(s) must pay a REFUNDABLE $250.00 cash deposit per POD. This deposit will be returned in full once the PODS are fully cleaned out to a broom swept condition. Winning bidder(s) will have from Wednesday to Saturday during business hours (M-F: 8AM-4PM, S: 8AM-3:30PM). Unit count is subject to change and redemption. Auction company and/or PODS of Kansas City are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or losses. Prospective bidder(s) are not allowed to enter and/or touch the PODS and contents within. Winning bidder(s) must place their own locks on their PODS immediately following the conclusion of bidding on each POD. Terms and conditions are subject to change.
